4. NO backouts once purchases had been confirmed.

Delivery
1. Please feel free to email us, we will reply your email within 2 working days.
2. All our items are pre-ordered stocks, we open two batches every month for our guest to place their order and each cut-off date is on the 2nd and 16th day of the month.
Example: If u order and pay on March 13th , we will collect all the orders which are available and place an order with our supplier on March 16th.
But if u order and pay only on March 18th , we will wait until April 2nd before we collect all the orders which are available and place an order with our supplier on April 2nd.
We will also do quality checking on the imported item(s) before delivering it to you.
